Change the numbers, when students need more practise
Keep the presentation simple so students are not distracted
Annotate it in the classroom using the 'write' functions of your software or hardware set-up to teach in real-time.
Model the answers to the students in the first lesson of the week and get them to copy the working-out for independent practise during the rest of the week
Allow calculator use for some or all students to reduce cognitive fatigue
Teacher notes on slides for tips on to teach effectively to low prior-attaining students
Go through answers by writing each line of working out and talking through process, rather than preparing one-click answers if you can.
Challenge your students by taking notes and/or creating flashcards or teacher screen-shotting and putting them on student on-line resources.
Ask them to revise for 5 minutes that night so they are ready to improve tomorrow.
