Founder of The Positive Foundation Maths Project successfully enabling students in the lowest attaining sets at KS4 to improve confidence and success at GCSE Mathematics.
Jane Hardy has spent 20 years teaching Year 7 to Year 13 maths on the English South Coast in a variety of State and Independent School settings. Prior to that they have had a variety of administrative, financial and research roles at the British Urban and Regional Information Systems Association, Luton Borough Council, City University and St Mary's Medical School London.
Their wider pastoral and cross-curricular interests have included creating and delivering local history and careers days for KS3 and KS4 students, maths challenges, and school trips in UK and overseas.
They are PGCE/QTS qualified and have a PGDip in GIS, MSc in Applied Statistics and BSc (Econ) in Economics.
